Ingredients
- 40 grams of spinach
- 10 grams fresh basil leaves
- 20 grams fresh cilantro
- 10 grams fresh parsley
- 2 medium cloves of garlic
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- salt/pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Rinse parsley, basil, and cilantro and pat dry.
Step 2: Weigh out on the scale without the stem.
Tip: I like to weigh my ingredients for this dressing to have exact measurements.
Step 3: Add all ingredients into a blender or immersion blender cup and mix. Mix until all ingredients are blended and there are no big chunks of herbs. Scrape the sides of the blender cup with a spatula as needed in between.
Step 4: Place into a plastic container and store in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
