No sauce needed for these tasty and madly addicting pork ribs. These fall off the bone country pork ribs need minimal prep making this the easiest protein to make for dinner.

Tools Needed

Here are the key tools I use to make ribs in the oven:

Glass Casserole Dish. This dish is deep and allows enough room for the juice from the meat.

Disposable Gloves. I recommend using disposable gloves to prepare these oven-baked pork ribs. The seasoning will stain your fingers and get under your nail bed. This is just a little suggestion from me.

Ingredients Needed

Brown Sugar. With all the seasoning in this pork recipe, brown sugar adds a little sweetness and caramelization.

Garlic Powder. Add a subtle flavor of garlic by using garlic powder.

Onion Powder. Add a sweet and tangy flavor that is evenly distributed with the powder.

Paprika. Add a mild sweet pepper flavor with some earthy notes.

Ground Pepper. Add subtle heat to the ribs with earthy notes.

Salt. Bring all the flavors together and enhance them simultaneously when adding salt.

Oil. Any oil will work here. I use olive oil regularly in my home. This will help spread the spices evenly on the pork ribs.

Worcestershire Sauce. This sauce adds tanginess and sweetness while bringing out the deep flavor of the meat.

Bone-in Country Pork Ribs. Do not mistaken these for spare or baby back ribs. Country pork ribs are a lot meatier and come from the shoulder area.

How to Make Pork Ribs

Combine all spices, Worcestershire sauce, and oil in a small bowl and mix.

Rub the country pork ribs with the spices evenly on all sides. When I say all sides, I mean all sides. every nook and cranny.

Place into the glass casserole dish, cover with foil, and bake in the oven at 325°F for 3 hours or until tender.

To add a little crispiness on the outside, remove the foil and turn the oven on high broil until the top is crisp to your liking. I did about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the country pork ribs from the oven and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and a side of cabbage and cucumber salad.

How to Store Leftovers

Before I put the ribs until the refrigerator, I like to take the meat off the bone. This is helpful for space-saving reasons when packing your lunch for work the next day.

Pork Ribs can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days. Great for meal planning.

How to Reheat Leftovers

Depending on your situation, these are great reheated in multiple ways: air fry, oven, or microwave.

Oven or airfryer: Place in an oven-safe dish and reheat at 375°F for 10 minutes or until heated through.
