Healthy dinner. I love how healthy these are. Veggies, carbs, protein and fats in one bite. That's a big win when feeding a big family.
Ingredients
These are the ingredients needed for the shrimp, toppings, and sauce.

Shrimp. I like to get the raw Wild Caught Argentine Shrimp from Costco. It's a quality shrimp with good flavor.
Old Bay Seasoning. This seasoning is super tasty and adds such great flavor to the shrimp tacos. I am going to have to create a recipe for homemade Old Bay Seasoning here soon!
Fresh Veggies. Avocados, tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro and red onions. This combination was magic! Squeeze some fresh lime and wow! It was bursting with flavor.

Tortillas. I made whole wheat tortillas (recipe on the blog), but you can grab your favorite soft tortilla wraps from the grocery store - corn or flour.

How To Cook the Shrimp for Tacos

Start by patting the shrimp dry to remove any extra moisture. Dice shrimp into small cubes. Add Old Bay Seasoning on the shrimp and toss to coat them evenly. Bring a pan with olive oil to medium heat and then add the seasoned shrimp into the pan. Do not overcrowd the pan so that the shrimp pieces cook evenly. You may need to cook in several batches, depending on your pan size. Mix the shrimp pieces often, to cook them evenly. Once the shrimp are opaque and have browned (3-5 minutes) remove from the pan and set aside.

The Easiest Shrimp Taco Sauce
Give your shrimp tacos a little kick with this spicy Greek yogurt sauce. Add sriracha to your liking and spicy preference. Mix in a bowl and set aside.

Variations
- Proteins: Don't like shrimp? No problem! Substitute chicken or salmon. These ingredients will pair well with any of those protein options.
- Cilantro swap. Use parsely as an alternative, although that will alter the flavor and make for a unique shrimp taco.
- Want to a different sauce? Try this tzatziki sauce to give it a Greek flare.
