A delicious and simple strawberry banana greek yogurt bowl sweetened naturally with strawberries and bananas. It is packed with natural protein and fresh ingredients.

Why You Will Love This Yogurt Bowl

Easy to make. This strawberry banana greek yogurt bowl can be made in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast can be ready and you can be out the door in a short time.

Good Protein. This recipe is made with protein sourced from the food in the bowl, packed with 20 grams total. Not enough protein to get you through the morning? Add protein powder into the yogurt.

Refreshing. The fresh fruit makes this bowl so refreshing and light. A great bowl for the summer days.

Ingredients Needed

Greek Yogurt. Whole milk greek yogurt has a less tart flavor. I love using whole milk products anywhere I can.

Chai Seeds. These seeds are packed with nutrients - omega-3, protein and fiber. There is a small amount in this recipe, but all the little things add up to make this bowl the best.

Oats. Adding oats to the yogurt as a great source of fiber to the yogurt bowl.

Banana. A great source of pottasium and a natural sweetner added to the yogurt.

Strawberries. June is strawberry month in Pennsylvania. Juicy and sweet, fresh from the garden or fields, this bowl will be on repeat.

Homemade Granola If you haven't tried this recipe, it's a staple in our home. This homemade granola takes 5 minutes to put together and the rest of the work is done in the oven. Use it as granola for your yogurt or eat as cereal. Coconut oil and maple syrup add a depth of flavor to the yogurt bowl. All you need is a little bit to make a big difference in the taste of this bowl.

Hu Dark Sea Salt Chocolate. I always opt for the Hu chocolate bars. They are made with coconut sugar and quality chocolate, making this the perfect chocolate craving treat.

How to Make the Strawberry Banana Greek Yogurt Bowl

Easy Peasy!

Step 1: The night before, mix together greek yogurt, oats and chai seeds and set into the fridge overnight.

Step 2: In the morning start layering the bowl right before you are ready to eat - sliced banana and diced strawberries next to each other, granola and dark chocolate on top of the fruits.

Step 3: Enjoy!
