There are so many variations of cottage cheese bowls out there. This banana and peanut butter cottage cheese bowl has a lot of flavor in it using all natural ingredients. Here are some reasons you should try this bowl:

It is sweet. The honey and banana in this bowl add just enough sweetness. I love being healthy, but giving up all sugar is hard and this has the healthy options to satisfy your cravings.

Packed with protein. I mean, it's loaded! 31 grams of protein and that's without any protein powder. I think that's pretty darn awesome!

Added Crunch. I love how the pecans and dark chocolate add a little crunch to each bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 20  grams 100% peanut butter
  • 5 grams chai seeds
  • 10 grams chopped pecans
  • ¼ of a banana
  • 7.5 grams (one cube) Hu Salty Dark Chocolate
  • 5 grams honey

Instructions

1. Add greek yogurt and cottage cheese in a bowl and mix.

2. Start layering - peanut butter all over the top, chai seeds sprinkled on the peanut butter, sliced banana on the side, chopped peacans in the middle, crushed dark chocolate on the other side and honey drizzled on top of everything else.

3. Enjoy the bowl immediately.
