Easy Creamy Cottage Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip

Enjoy a healthier version of your favorite appetizer, buffalo chicken dip.

1.5 lbs chicken breast

3/4 cups buffalo sauce

8 oz cream cheese

8 oz cottage cheese

1/2 cup ranch

3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. If you are using rotisserie chicken or cooked chicken breast, shred it into small pieces.
  2. Shred the cheese if you are using a fresh block of cheddar.
  3. In a cast-iron pan on medium heat, add the chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch, and mix until heated through.
  4. Add the cream cheese to the chicken and mix it up. It will start to soften and melt into the mix.
  5. Add the cottage cheese and mix.
  6. Distribute 3/4 of the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken and start incorporating, allowing the cheese to melt.
  7. Once the cheese has melted, turn the heat to low and sprinkle the remaining cheddar over the buffalo chicken dip, then let it heat for a few minutes.
