Fall Off the Bone Country Pork Ribs

No sauce needed for these tasty and madly addicting pork ribs. They fall off the bone and need minimal prep making this the easiest protein to make for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 lbs bone-in country style pork ribs

Instructions

  1. Combine all spices, Worcestershire sauce, and oil in a small bowl and mix.
  2. Rub the country pork ribs with the spices evenly on all sides. 
  3. Place into the glass casserole dish, cover with foil, and bake in the oven at 325°F for 3 hours or until tender.
  4. To add a little crispiness on the outside, remove the foil and turn the oven on high broil until the top is crisp to your liking, about 5-7 minutes.
