This easy and creamy tzatziki sauce can be made in less than 10 minutes. It's packed with protein, making it one of the healthier dip choices.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup grated cucumber

1 large garlic clove, minced

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tbsp fresh dill

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

Step 1: Grate the cucumber. You can leave the peel on or take it off. I like to leave some peel on, making a stripe pattern on the cucumber. Grate on the bigger side of the grater, place it in a small mesh strainer, and press out all the cucumber juice.

Step 2: Peel garlic and mince by hand into very tiny pieces or use a garlic press.Add to the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3: Rinse and chop fresh dill into fine pieces.

Step 4: Add Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the mixing bowl. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Add olive oil on top or mix in with the ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator for one hour for flavors to combine.
