This is the best homemade granola recipe and is so easy to make. It is made with organic oats, a natural sweetener, maple syrup, and coconut oil, making the entire house smell delicious and like home.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Step 1: Add oats, walnuts, and cinnamon into a bowl and mix.

Step 2: In another bowl, add maple syrup, coconut oil (melt it until it is a liquid), and vanilla extract. Mix together.

Step 3: Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ingredients.

Step 4: Transfer the granola onto a half sheet pan lined with parchment paper and spread out.

Step 5: Bake at 300*F for 30 minutes or until slightly golden brown on the edges. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.

Step 6: Transfer into an airtight container and store.
