This blueberry spinach smoothie is packed with flavor and all the health benefits in one sip.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup fresh spinach

1/2 medium banana

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1/2 cup whole milk

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 tsp maple syrup

1 tbsp ground flaxseed 

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a blender. 

Blend until all ingredients come together into a smooth consistency.
