This green goddess salad dressing is made with lots of fresh herbs, making it perfect for any salad without the extra calories.
Step 1: Rinse parsley, basil, and cilantro and pat dry.
Step 2: Weigh out on the scale without the stem.
Tip: I like to weigh my ingredients for this dressing to have exact measurements.
Step 3: Add all ingredients into a blender or immersion blender cup and mix. Mix until all ingredients are blended and there are no big chunks of herbs. Scrape the sides of the blender cup with a spatula as needed in between.
Step 4: Place into a plastic container and store in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
